@pareenahameed@DrSakriKaia@DrLoupis I’m a Sunni and whilst I don’t know anything about this ritual, I do have Shia friends, and what their beliefs and ritual are is between them and their god, calling anyones rituals that isn’t harming anyone else “savage practices” is unhelpful and unnecessary.
