By evening on Thursday i was tired and baby too is distressed. By 9pm i entered theatre for emergency cs. My baby was delivered very week. We are 5 years now but the memory and trauma is still fresh. God bless all MOTHERS

I have had high bp since early week which i have been managing(placed on drug).but it keeps increasing as the pregnancy advanced few weeks to my antenatal appointment I got swollen as in I swelled as if they pumped me.then a day to my antenatal appointment my vision became blurry

I went in for my antenatal appointment like I usually would, but I was already feeling unwell. The night before, I had chills and a fever, and I just felt off.

I was checked, and I was told to go home and come back in six hours. I asked if I could just be given a bed to rest there instead, and they agreed.

By evening, I was induced and labour began. It honestly started as a very calm evening. Labour became active around 12 a.m., and by 1 a.m., I had already given birth.

But I also sustained tears during delivery. The baby was pushing really strongly, and I remember being told not to push, but it was difficult to hold back the urge. Eventually, they realized I couldn’t hold it any longer, and an episiotomy was done, three cuts in total.

I still remember that when they were stitching me up, the anesthesia had worn off, and I cried out in pain. That part was intense.

On this day four years ago, I became a mother.

And i could barely see. Then i went for my appointment and was placed on emergency admissions. I was 36 weeks so i was induced. All through that day nothing show just small small contractions. The following day i was induced again still i was only 3cm dilated.
