@SingaporeAir When I booked, the time & date I wanted somehow got changed, whether it was an accident I made or my browser refreshing, I do not know, but when I called to cancel the reservation I was told that I would have to pay $150. I called within 30 seconds of receiving confirmation.
No longer will be flying @SingaporeAir so much for great service. Seconds after making a booking that went wrong I'm expected to pay minimum $150 to make a change. Horrible.
