A friendly reminder. The weight room is open after school for in-season and out of season lifters to come in and get better with Coach Heinze. It is open in the morning from 6:30-7:30am with Coach Ambro Monday- Thursday. In-season coaches will set lift times. #GoVikings

Monday (7/25)- lifting 6:30 a.m./ camp 8:00a.m.-10:00. As previously scheduled.
Tuesday (7/26) - lifting moved to 4:30 pm. /camp from 6:00-8:00 pm
Wednesday (7/27)- camp from 6:00-8:00pm
Thursday (7/28) - lifting 6:30 a.m./ camp 8:00a.m.-10:00.

Strength and Speed camp will still be as regularly scheduled for Monday July 25th. Coaches will discuss the remainder of the week with you at camp Monday (ONLY FOR HIGH SCHOOL BOYS @ 6:30am)
