TV families are just as close as your actual families as when you lose a member of your family it is hard. I’m sure the CBS crew has had a rough time but know their friend and colleague would want to show to go on.
The CBS Sports family lost a beloved teammate over the weekend. A tragic accident took the life of 31-year old Bryce Adair, who worked on football and golf coverage
Can’t imagine how any family deals with a sudden loss, both immediate family and work family
Jim Nantz with a moving and emotional tribute during the broadcast of the Memorial Tournament. #RIP 🙏
Happy Super Regional Weekend to all who celebrate! Always sad to erase last year's glory but always excited to welcome the fans bases of this year's teams. No repeats from last year so what names are you hoping get added to the board this weekend?
Louisville pitching coach and AHC, Roger Williams, will transition into a new role of Pitching Coordinator.
Per release from UofL:
“In his new role, Williams will oversee the Louisville pitching staff, while shifting his primary focus to the developmental side.
Head coach Dan McDonnell will add two new members to the staff to work with Williams in pitching coach roles, handling the day-to-day responsibilities.”
ESPN & OKC’s presentation of the WCWS is always a case study in what it looks like when people who KNOW a sport are placed in charge of presenting it
A+ across the board
If St. John's and Louisville win their respective first round games in the Players Era 16 then Rick Pitino will face his former school on Thanksgiving Day in Las Vegas.
Just another reason why Thanksgiving has become a holiday that gets in the way of college basketball.
