@CoryBMorgan Meanwhile in Edmonton, a company named Davach Group is buying up houses in neighborhoods and turning into 8 plexes.. all in red are being demolished for over 54 RENTAL UNITS. I pay $9000 in property taxes and this will be next door to us. @CityofEdmonton @AndrewKnack

@AndrewKnack but where will all the cars be parking? IIRC, these infills are only providing limited parking per unit. We are left with roughly 50 more cars that will be on the street in that one block.
