@CitImmCanada My clients STILL cannot sign the consent and declaration pages on YOUR portal! Their spousal PR application has been ready to submit for OVER a week. All of YOUR instructions (clear cache etc...) have been followed. Are we going back to paper?

@CitImmCanada my clients cannot access their online Spousal and Common Law PR applications?? This has been going on for at least 3 days. My clients are annoyed and frankly so am I. What are you doing about it?? Why is this 'NEW' system so unreliable?
