Delighted that Emma Stroude’s portrait of Frances Kyle & Averil Deverell, the first women called to the Bar in Ireland (& ahead of the first women called in many other jurisdictions) has been unveiled @KingsInns this evening.
There are two excellent portraits of activist barrister Philpot Curran @KingsInns - one at reception, in which he looks about 12, and one @KILibrary, in which he looks like he will majestically skewer any student who has incurred late fees with one of his famous witticisms.
