Lost discipline before my opportunity came.

Made the same mistake again — took a setup before 9:30 ❌
Cost me my first entry.

But I stayed composed.
Waited for confirmation.
Re-entered with momentum on the 15m and executed the plan ✅

Got it back — not by chasing, but by trusting the process.

Lesson reinforced:
My edge starts AFTER 9:30.

Discipline > confidence
Process > profits

Quiet Monday.

Entered a bit early before full confirmation → price stalled at my entry.

Old me would’ve held and hoped.
Today I listened, got out, and stayed patient.

No revenge trades. No forcing setups. Just reading what price was actually doing.

Success today wasn’t profit.
