One of the startups I invested in just raised $200M at a $5.2B valuation.
I backed @mercury while I was still in Nigeria; no proximity, no special access, just belief in the mission.
My investment? A small check through @Wefunder
The lesson is simple:
You don’t need to be rich.
You don’t need to live in the US.
You just need to start.
Platforms like Wefunder, Republic, AngelList, and StartEngine make it possible to invest from as little as $100.
Start small. Start early.
Because one decision today can compound into something massive tomorrow.
As a PhD supervisor and examiner, I’ve watched brilliant students from Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya miss out on FULLY-FUNDED spots for years. So, I wrote a blueprint to guide you in every step, from start of your application till you get in and even life in UK.
From BSc to PhD, there are are 20 scholarships (Chevening, Commonwealth, and more) with the exact strategies to win them for 2027 entry, in this guide.
Send me a DM to get access to it.
P.S: DM me only if, you're ready for the 2027 entry.

3 "Proof of Fund" mistakes you must not make (especially May/June Intakes)
The last one is the major reason why people get their Proof of funds refused.
Schools are currently admitting for May/June intake but if you make these mistakes with your Proof of Funds, its very costly (£1,023.)!
-No prior activity to the time of submission
-No Prior transactions in account
-Not paying differences of exchange rate as part of tuition fee before submitting Proof of Funds to UKVI

Congratulations👏🕺

Helminths belong to four phyla: Nematoda (roundworms), Platyhelminthes (flatworms), Acanthocephala (spiny-headed worms), and Nematophora (hairworms). Only worms belonging to the first three phyla are parasitic in humans. Both the Nematoda and Platyhelminthes have many free-living species as well.

13 years ago, when I applied for the GKS, my documents were certified by the High Court in Ado-Ekiti, and that was sufficient. A couple of years later, it became mandatory to notarize your documents at the Korean Consulate due to the actions of a few unscrupulous individuals. This reminds us that in everything we do, it is important to embrace integrity and also understand the importance of timing.

We gifted a copy of the Big Red Book to Dr. Lisette van Lieshout, Associate Professor in Medical Parasitology at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). She recently reached out to share this photo of her students with the book. “Many thanks again for gifting me the Eighth Edition of Parasitic Diseases at the last ASTMH meeting in Toronto,” Dr. Lieshout wrote us. “I’ve already put it to good use during our post‑graduate course in Clinical Parasitology here in Leiden, the Netherlands.”
