Listened to @bowlologist about the starting team for the first test against England, someone who just screams out number 5 for me is Jordan Silk. Moved from an opener who has done well especially playing in tassie but he now is coming off scores and his fielding is first class

@shedwaldron @bowlologist He gets away with it here, unfortunately lower pitches and seamers in England he gets caught out hence his poor season in county cricket

@shedwaldron @bowlologist Had a great start to the year, so he would be favourite. I hope not but I think he just gets caught between state and test level. If he tightens his decision making then he plays.

@Don579 @JackHeverin @JacksonFry1 @stumpto_stump @bob29305 Yeah fair enough for that one, but shield pitches have been putrid for years. Teams are batting 150 overs first innings and killing the game. Get something into them for the bowlers and make the batters earn the runs.
