Had the worst experience during Monsta X VIP Hi Bye and Group Photo in Toronto. I don’t know if that was the staff of @VIPNation or @OfficialMONSTAX . But they lack organization and compassion. It is so ridiculous how it was so unorganized and how mean your staff are to Monbebes
