@virginmedia I’ve registered on this , I had two texts come though early even when the outage happened this morning but now will be intermittent till 2:30am just hope it be ok for when I log back on to work tomorrow as my manager won’t be too pleased. Not sure why there is a delay in messages
@virginmedia I’m not sure why I didn’t get a text message pull through to let me know there was an outage in my area for the past hour when others in my street who are on Virgin did - but thanks for sorting the broadband out it has such a knock on affect when you are WFH
@virginmedia I know this thanks but all it tells me is Outage Identified and Raised but what is the real reason for this to happen when it hasn’t happened for a very long time.
@virginmedia why is my area got an outage all of a sudden - your meant to be the best for our area and have been - I’ve been with you for quite a few years now , this outage is not good when you have to work from home and rely on the internet and for signal to make calls etc .
