❝ All of these, actually, and red orbs, too! These would be 200 red orbs. Or, if you’d like to swap for a contract, then I have a set of quests for devil hunters to help replenish my alchemy materials. If you could bring me fury teeth and angelo eyes, that would be splendid. ❞

❝ Turns their shields into jelly. Very comedic, actually. I crafted that easter egg myself. The original recipe only had them melt, too cliché. ❞ she rolls eyes.
❝ And some vital stars are always a good idea, just in case. What do you think? ❞
END-OF-TURN
@Lilium_Sparda ❝ For the Furies, this. ❞ she places one set of identical sigils on the counter.
❝ It fully inhibits their teleportation spell, making them easier to target. For Scudo Angelos, this. ❞ she places another set.

❝ I’d classify you as a homunculus, for now. Not a chemical one, though. Magically crafted, yes. Lich? No, I don’t see immortality marks as of yet… ❞ she mumbles.
❝ Anyway. Back to the cards. ❞ she flips the middle card.
❝ Hoho, you got The Tower. ❞

Then, it vanishes, and Kixin is back—seated on the desk, tilting her head playfully, closer.
❝ Looks deceive. ❞
She brushes Ebony’s chin with her fingertips.
❝ You were initially an inanimate object. Teacup? No, no, not domestic… Arrow? Sword? No. Aha! Shotgun. ❞

❝ Researcher? ❞
her eyes shine. Admiration.
❝ Lovely. Sigils, alright! If you know the type of demon you’ll face, we can pick a special sigil. There are, of course, the general purpose ones too. ❞
she gestures to parchment samples containing various inked symbols.
"In fact, I am a devil hunter! Well spotted, though I'm also somewhat of a researcher of demonic texts and objects. Speaking of... I wanted to have a look at some sigils? Not sure which, but I've got a job coming up..."
❝ It’s a conversation and a card game, basically. ❞
Black ink materializes by her side, stretches until it becomes a full deck, which she picks and shuffles skillfully.
Finally, she places three on the desk, face down.
❝ I’ll check your hand in a minute. Pick a card. ❞
"I suppose I am...although I don't know if magic is the term for it..."
Taking her gloves off and setting them aside before resting her hands on the table.
"So how does this work exactly? What do I need to do?"
❝ The reading is free. And yes. I do say this to all clients. Gotta keep the theatrical flare, dear.
However, as someone who associates with devil hunters, you must be aware… There is fake magic, and real magic, in this world. And you are real magic. ❞
she winks.
"I got no payment for your services...so I hope it'll be free of charge..."
A little on edge at first with the instant read of her not being human but she's following along, sitting down at the table with a heavy sigh.
"Destined for great things? You say that to all clients?"
❝ I see something. ❞ voice heavy with mystique, silver eyes shining avidly.
❝ You, miss. You are no ordinary human. I’m certain. Your magical signature is rather singular. Come. Allow me to shuffle the cards for you. You are destined to great things. ❞
@STYLISHSlGHTS
❝ Oh. You are ‘aware’? ❞ the witch smirks, amused. ❝ How come? Did you test the currency to check if it was legitimate? Or is this just a gut feeling? ❞
@sxilfirax ❝ Hmmm. I can’t quite read your vibe yet… The cards tell me nothing at this moment. How intriguing. ❞ the witch shuffles her deck and scratches her chin in thought.
❝ Well, either way… How might I assist you, gentleman? ❞
