Repentance means to grieve and turn as it relates to a SINNER being SAVED.

I’ve personally tried to be very patient with this issue, but this now calls for harsh rebuke because some of you are VERY dull of hearing on this matter.

The first mention of 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 is in Genesis.

”𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗢𝗗 𝘀𝗮𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝙬𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗗 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙝𝙞𝙢 𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩.”
𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝟲:𝟱-𝟲

NO, GOD IS NOT A SINNER, we know this. Stop accusing us of saying he is one.

What the text does (being 100% inspired of God, and profitable for doctrine, correction, reproof, and instruction in righteousness) is it gives us an understanding of what God himself wants FROM an IMPENITENT sinner who is NOT willing turn from their sin.

This is what the Holy Spirit teaches through the grace of God.

1. A grieving at the heart, why? Because all have SINNED and come short of HIS GLORY. (Romans 3:23) Sin is the transgression of the law (1 John 3:4) 𝗦𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗢𝗨𝗦. The wickedness of man is very great; and if God himself was grieved at his heart because of OUR SINS, HOW and WHY is it “HERESY” to state that a hard-hearted sinner needs to grieve at the heart for their sinfulness?

They’re supposed to just sit there and not be grieved at all after realizing they’re a TRANSGRESSOR of God’s law? How does this make sense?

There are men right now telling you that repentance is not grieving over sin OR a willingness to turn from sin. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝘼𝙏𝘼𝙉.

The HERESY is 𝗡𝗢𝗧 grieving over our sins! AT salvation OR after. Why because it’s a 𝘞𝘖𝘙𝘒 𝘖𝘍 𝘛𝘏𝘌 𝘍𝘓𝘌𝘚𝘏 to take sin lightly without remorse. This is an indication of someone who is NOT BEING PURGED FROM THEIR SINS.

The next verse gives insight of the “change” as a result of this grief.

“𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗗 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱, 𝙄 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙤𝙢 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵; 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘄𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗶𝗿; 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.”
𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝟲:𝟳

2. A sinner in this case should say in his heart (once God has revealed his wickedness to him) that he will TURN from his sin (crucify the flesh) 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗺. With genuine faith, that he died at the cross and shed his blood to pay for HIS sin debt.

“Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin.”
Romans 6:4-7

2 THINGS:

• God resists the proud but gives grace 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲 (James 4:6)
• 𝗔 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘀𝗲 (Psalm 51:17) these are the sacrifices of God it says it right in the text.

Put the two together and you have a grieved sinner who SEES that he is wretched and broken before God, desiring to 𝘛𝘜𝘙𝘕 from his life of sin. And God, by his mercy and in his goodness led him to this repentance (for the goodness of God leads man to repentance, Romans 2:4).

So he then believes on Christ!

There was a point in time, not too long ago, where movies and television weren’t as graphic and
“in your face” in regards to slaughter/killing. Now in this day and time most of us can look at it and go on about our day.

I personally see lack of accountability from women more than men.

Why do I think this is the case?

Women get rewarded and praised on every side, from simps and other guys, and females, constantly. While their error or red flags are either defended or swept under the rug, because their physical beauty and or charm is so focused on. If they magnify these things personally and they can’t help it, and they’re getting constant validation — who can tell them anything?

It is SO wrong the way accountability is disregarded when someone is clearly being ignorant and choosing not to fix the error of their ways.

I guarantee if bad behavior was shamed more than being praised or honored and rewarded — it would do some justice!

Why chase validation from an ungodly world, that has forgotten what real strength and integrity looks like?

When are you going to get serious about salvation, about Jesus, the gospel, and actually living according to the word of God?

You know it takes a lot more than just a profession right?

Simps can leave a thousand comments of a woman being beautiful and amazing and so on, and no one bats an eye, but let one man that’s not simping over her tell the truth about her evil ways (if it applies to her) — and you “hate all women.”

Never confide in someone who kicks you while you’re down or gets upset or confused as to why you’re grieved. They have a lot to learn and there ain’t no fixing them.

Being real and true with yourself and others has everything to do with searching within, first. It is there you have to take on the WEIGHT of humility you must face, and the burden you have to bear, from facing the guilt and shame of your own life, hidden faults and secrets.

See, some people never recover from this, why? It is because in their mind, they can’t. They play a role, and wear a mask for so long, being untrue to who they are to begin with, they can’t deal with who they are let alone like who they really are on the inside. So instead of being broken and coming to the end of themselves for God to clean them up — they must live a lie. What we call “fake it till you make it.” They lie, manipulate, and live deceitfully before others. They must inauthentically present an image they want others to view them as, and fortunately, this doesn’t always work in their favor.

This is where God’s judgment comes in, because many forget him and who he truly is. God is pure. God is holy, and God is just, And because he is so great and his power so mighty and his word so pure, they avoid him.

With people, you can be dishonest with them and cheat your way to success and so on, while disrespecting or undermining their ability to use good judgment, and make a decision for themselves on how to even deal with you.

Ultimately we reap what we sow (for God is not mocked,) so what they try to pull on others comes back around to bite them.

They either want me for the wrong reasons, or refuse me for the right ones…

I will remain overly critical to Christianity today as the movement alone leaves me no choice to.

1. There’s too much foolishness happening in the name of God.

2. I am born again, which means my spirit cannot agree with the spirit of the world — which is prevalent in any display of Christianity today (social media/content creators, churches, pastors teachers, prophets, etc, along with their forms of worship.

I realize with that it creates more backlash, burden, and barriers than anything because certain issues being brought to the forefront; and calling out the main issues that they either refuse to talk about, or are not enlightened about due to spiritual blindness and being sleep rather than awake and sober minded. I also contribute this to a number of negligent or false spiritual leaders.

There’s more unscriptural practices taking place, because the truth of the scriptures are being neglected.

This turn leads to more folly, more carelessness, less reverence toward God. Ultimately ending up having to deal with an angry, merciful God. Those of us that understand the times we are in and what’s coming know that the wrath and judgment of God will not cease to happen, but escalate or hasten instead.
