@PassportIRL I have 3 passports to renew online. Only managed one so far. This is my 4th time trying. Get to the end and it says timed out when I've been working on it all along. Please, what is going on???

@PassportIRL On line won't accept photo. Within all required parameters. JPEG, less than 9 mb, well lit with nothing in background.
No support.

It less than 9mb, unaltered and no shadows/items in the background. Please advise.
