📚Reading Reflection📖
-Adam and Eve are tempted by the serpent to eat from the tree. The serpent convinces Eve that she will gain knowledge and become like God, knowing both good and evil. Eve then proceeds to eat the fruit and give some to Adam, who also chooses to eat it.
-This is where sin enters into the world. Even though Adam and Eve had it all, with their free will, decided to disobey God in the end. Their decision tells us that God gives mankind the ability to choose between following Him or choosing for their own desires.
-After eating the fruit, Adam and Eve immediately realized that they were naked and felt ashamed for the first time. When God confronts them on this, Adam would then blame Eve which proceeds with Eve blaming the serpent. This shows how sin not only separates mankind from God, but can also cause people to avoid responsibility for their own actions.
-In the end, God punishes all of them for their disobedience. Adam and Eve were ultimately removed from the Garden of Eden, losing the perfect life that they had. This establishes the consequences of sin and shows that while we humans have free will, our choices can have lasting consequences.
📓Reading Discussion📝
-Why did the serpent tempt Eve?
-Why did everyone blame each other?
-Was God justified in His action?
-Would you have done the same and sinned, eventually?

@BowTiedRanger One of the reasons people voted for Trump in 2024 was to stop the unreasonable slaughter of animals from the federal government. Peanut and Fred, for instance.
This is sad, why are we killing the creatures God has provided to us?
