Just after this I have had fraudulent payment notified by my bank from FACEBK*MKNTWWX9C2 for £17.00.
I am now very concerned and upset.

I tried to follow the on screen instructions to log into the instagram account to lodge an appeal, however I can’t log into an instagram account I’ve never set up or had access too.
This is clearly been done by a hacker, I have been reading has been happening a lot

I have never had an instagram account.
