To, The Depot Manager, Kalwakurthy Depot. *Subject:* Complaint regarding rude behavior of driver and denial of approved request stop at Yennams Hospital, Veldanda Respected Madam, I would like to bring to your notice an unpleasant incident regarding the behavior of the bus driver and conductor operating under Kalwakurthy Depot. There is an approved request stop at Yennams Hospital, Veldanda. However, when I requested the driver to stop the bus at the approved stop, the driver responded in a harsh and rude manner. Additionally, the conductor denied the request stop despite it being officially approved. This situation caused inconvenience and distress to passengers who depend on this stop, especially patients and visitors to the hospital. Such behavior is not expected from public transport staff and creates difficulty for the public. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take necessary action. I also request you to instruct the concerned staff to ensure the bus stops at the approved request stop and maintain polite and respectful behavior with passengers.
