@bankofmaldives interest rate for BML SplitPay is 9% per annum.
That means your purchase amount has a 9% annual interest charge added, then it’s split into equal monthly installments based on the plan you choose (3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 months).
You’ll also see the rate shown on the merchant receipt
@LitmusTimes I thought she was a hardcore Ibu supporter, but it turns out it was all an act. A true Muizzu supporter all along. Following someone is fine, but blind cult politics is another story.
@AdleeDeadly Meekail’s loss was largely driven by the anti-Anni campaign. Early in the CP election, it was a close 50-50 race. But once the attacks on Anni began, election became highly polarized. In response, Anni’s supporters rallied behind him and went all in to prove he could still win.
@MrPhazyl@MohamedNasheed@evattey@HassanLatheef@MDPShippe@waddey_ If Anni wins, Meekail supporters may lean toward PNC. If Meekail wins, Anni supporters may do the same. Either way, PNC could benefit. Similar to 2023, letting MDP remain divided while attracting votes from the losing camp could be a winning formula.
@aisherth@faya_i Whoever wins the MDP chairmanship could actually give PNC an advantage. I don’t see the supporters of the losing side easily aligning with the winning side. If PNC plays its cards smartly, there could be 15,000–20,000 votes up for grabs.

@SikkaMohoree I don’t think people had a problem with MDP as a party. issues were more with Ibu n Nasheed during their presidencies. Solih was seen as ineffective in tackling corruption despite having strong political support & super majority. Nasheed struggled with managing the administration
@aisherth@prz_ymn My sixth sense tells me that if Ibu secures the MDP ticket, any opponent could defeat the party decisively. His leadership failed in upholding the party’s principles, especially in controlling corruption. Anni’s further exposed how the administration was used for personal gain.
