I started this work during my master’s thesis on Polavaram and it grew into a full simulation study covering 29 years of daily data.

A paper with the complete dataset, exceedance curves, and surplus analysis is going to Water Resources Management journal.

The Godavari is not running dry. Polavaram is not being robbed. The fear mongering is not grounded in the hydrology.

The state is being rebuilt with state of the art investments, it’s high time we understand facts and support the development agenda rather than losing to fear mongering propaganda. May all living beings flourish ✨ @naralokesh @iTDP_Official #AndhraPradesh #Datacentres
