@faithmaycreate So sorry for your loss ๐ค
I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks and conceived my son my second cycle after my miscarriage without any issue.
@faithmaycreate Have snacks and water throughout labor to stay fueled and hydrated.
Popsicles were a God send for me, I was having them even between pushes.
I highly recommend having a doula. Mine was a huge help in me staying calm and relaxed throughout my birth.
@audrawrongspeak I didnโt have any morning sickness!
I was super tired during my first trimester and early second trimester though.
I also had quite the appetite
Might have been early symptoms of mastitis and not a clogged duct, but Ibuprofen and religiously icing worked!
Thank you everyone for your suggestions ๐ค
@homewardnotes I did!
I also got an over the counter continuous glucose monitor. Way better than finger pricks IMO.
Hereโs the one I used:

@femalegeist I gained 45lbs. Ate healthy, walked and lifted weights my whole pregnancy. I never looked fat tbh. My face got a bit puffy the last few weeks though.
Iโm 5โ8โ and pre-pregnancy I was 145lbs.
Some people gain 20 and some people gain 50 lbs ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
@New_E_Mom Itโs also super easy to mitigate the mess.
Chux pads, two layers of sheets on the bed with a waterproof liner between them, extra towels on hand, etc.
I gave birth in a birth pool at home and the birth assistant for my midwife drained and cleaned it for me.
