@FJClayPro Imagine thinking that one bad tournament is enough to pass Lena off as an inconsistent player who doesn't play the world No. 1 spot 🤣You know I'm not going to waste my time with a jerk who understands nothing about high-level sport
@FJClayPro @Hiikamaaru_ Imagine thinking a 27-6 record and being #1 in the Race isn't consistent. You're trying to sell me on total nonsense. Elena has never been this consistent in her career... the stats prove it, and her World No. 2 ranking confirms it.
@FJClayPro @Hiikamaaru_ She's won the last two Majors and reached at least the quarterfinals in every other tournament..and you're calling her inconsistent because of one bad event? If that's 'inconsistent' to you, you need to get your head checked. Those 'thousands of hours' did not do you much good ig
@FJClayPro @Hiikamaaru_ It's ironic that someone with such casual thoughts calls me a casual. Clearly, your 'thousand hours' of watching haven't translated into an actual understanding of the tour's reality or how the top players manage their momentum in a deferential manner.
@FJClayPro @Hiikamaaru_ If you think being world-class means never struggling for a few months, maybe tennis isn't for you. This is a tour, not a video game....everyone gets pushed eventually.
@FJClayPro @Hiikamaaru_ People forget how much Elena has already played this season. She leads the tour in matches played and hours spent on court. An early exit in Madrid isn't a failure; it's a chance to recharge so she's at 100% for Roland Garros.
@FJClayPro @Hiikamaaru_ It's ridiculous to compare the Fernandez match to Madrid. Against Fernandez, the level was incredibly high, whereas Madrid was purely about failing to adapt to the conditions-something even the best struggle with. Madrid's conditions are nothing like Rome or Roland Garros.
@FJClayPro @Hiikamaaru_ People have short memories. Even Sabalenka had some terrible matches against players outside the top 10 during her chase for the #1 spot. Momentum shifts so fast in this sport that it's useless to compare week-to-week form
@Jaackie_Ace Ok fake fan but especially do not support her when she wins you do not know how to support her when she loses. She has always struggled in Madrid and for me I think it's a good thing not to go far in this tournament. So that she is at her physical and mental peak in RolandGarros
@Lawman027 Defeat is where you tell the real fans from the fake ones. If you can't support her when she loses, don't bother cheering for her when she wins. Lena is clearly diminished and Madrid has never been the most successful tournament despite that she fought
@ShapoTrapHouse I'm beginning to believe the people who say Elena fans don't care about her tennis and just like her because she's pretty are actually onto something
