Gardaí are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 28-year-old Turlough Kelly who went missing yesterday. He was last seen on the Freshford Road in Kilkenny at approximately 4pm.

Gardaí and Turlough’s family are concerned for his welfare.
