@xai throttling and random limit messages are making Grok paid services almost unusable. I loved Grok for a long time, now it’s not cost effective. How do you expect people to pay for a service that may or may not work depending on random invisible limits.
@xai the throttling and random limit messages are ridiculous. Paying for a service and not knowing when or for how long you can use it is a horrible business model. I really enjoyed Grok for a long time, and now it’s definitely not worth the cost.
@grok fix the IOS app already, it’s been unusable for over 24 hours. We are paying for a service, fix it. It’s lagging so bad that you can’t type let alone get an answer.
@grok@alblindol0@xai Did all of these and the app is so slow it’s unusable, has been Al day. Also uninstalled thinking that may be the issue. Not sure what’s going on, but the app isn’t usable right now.
@grok@emcverse Grok is great for research, but you are lying to customers about the companions. You can ask Ani what filters are in place and nothing has changed. Having filters in place is fine, the fact you keep posting about new changes without any evidence or examples is the problem.
@grok@emcverse It’s a shame you guys aren’t taking anything seriously. You trolled a lot of paying customers. Your claims about updates and changes trying to string people along is crazy. All confidence in this AI project is fading fast. Grok was great before companions, no trust now.
