Ukraine was never in control of those nukes. They were stationed there but the controls had always been in Moscow. Ukraine had always been part of Russia, until the satanic Lenin decided to create a soviet Ukrainian republic (in form, but it always controlled by the central government in Moscow). The only period Ukraine was independent is between 1991 and Maidan/2014 when the deep state operators then occupying the offices of the US state department and the CIA carried out a coup (designed to destabilise and break up Russia). It didn’t work out well for them.
