For over a month, my AC has not been cooling, and despite multiple visits, the issue remains unresolved. I have raised four service requests:

Your service engineer Akshath Kumar has been repeatedly pushing for an AMC instead of addressing the actual problem. Even after escalation to senior management (MD & CEO), there has been no resolution.
Gas refilling was done recently with zero improvement, and now there is loud noise from the outdoor unit. I am informed the compressor may be faulty. I have already spent ₹4500 with no result.
I was assured support but my calls are now being ignored.
This is unacceptable from a brand like LG. Requesting immediate intervention and a permanent fix, not temporary workarounds.
