He’s best man at a wedding on Wednesday and the case contains all his belongings. I’m also 30 weeks pregnant and my medications are inside. He hasn’t heard anything

I'm facing the same issue - repeated calls to the call center, to be told the same thing over and over - that they will resolve the issue urgently, but then another day goes by and nothing happens. Terrible service and so frustrating!
