GUILLOTINE FOUND ON PICK-UP TRUCK PARKED OUTSIDE OF SCOTUS BUILDING: US Capitol Police are investigating after what appears to be a guillotine was found in the bed of a pick-up truck parked outside of the Supreme Court building in Washington DC 🚨

The suspicious pick-up truck investigation is underway on East Capitol Street at First Street NE, just steps away from the Supreme Court of the United States building. Authorities have yet to officially release any information. MPD’s K-9 units were also initially requested for a sweep of the truck.
