@llmunro I use both a paper planner and Outlook and it works for me because paper = primary (gets all details, all non-work stuff, notes) and Outlook = bare minimum, just so that colleagues know when I'm available for meetings

@copystar @djfiander I'm the one who proposed it and I regularly attend too - happy to tell you more about it. It's modeled on other online writing retreats I've done and people often share their writing playlists there but it's more of an individual sound experience.

@nicholsonkp I've suggested title changes both as peer reviewer and as editor, but I'd expect the author to decline to make the change if they felt strongly or if my suggestion wasn't in line with their intent, just like suggestions for any other part of the paper.
