We are still w/o service with no explanation as to why. The svc team missed the 7p estimated repair timeline. No further updates other than call back tomorrow. This is really frustrating. I tried calling the number you’ve provided but they are closed. When is it open?

@EarthLink it’s nearly 24 hours without internet. All this time into the outage and still no communications from you. Why? You need to provide an update on the issue, progress, estimated time of restoration, and the refund amount.This is unacceptable.

@OpenTable hi, your help site isn’t working. It freezes & AI bot is unable to resolve issue of changing my acct email. All attempts to verify fail. Email never received & text fails. I’ve been trying to change it for 2wks. Im about to loose my email acct and need this fixed asap
