A siren doesn’t chase… she’s felt.
Rooted in self-trust, soft in presence, and unmoved by the need to be understood.
She doesn’t arrive loudly,
she arrives undeniably.
Apostle Selman often says, “The things you are looking for are also looking for you but not this version of you.”
There are certain things that will never come to us until we grow. Some blessings are delayed not because God is withholding them, but because giving them too early could turn them into a curse.
Think of a father who gifts his 12-year-old a car. It is a good gift, but if the child begins to drive at that age, it could lead to disaster. So the problem is not the gift, it’s the timing and the level of growth required to handle it.
In the same way, there is a version of us we must become before God can entrust us with certain blessings. That thing you’ve been praying and trusting God for may simply require your growth.
God loves you too much to place certain things in the hands of an unrefined version of you.
So Dear Believer, what’s stopping you from growing?
