Dear @KentROSystems, I have a valid Comprehensive AMC till 17 Feb 2026. Today I was charged ₹500 for a sediment filter because your service partner changed. Your internal tie-up changes cannot override my AMC. Kindly refund the amount and honour the AMC terms.Very disappointed

@IRCTCofficial As you can see Amount debited but no PNR generated and no refund issued. This was NOT a failed transaction — the transaction was successful and money has been debited, as clearly seen in the transaction number. Kindly resolve immediately or initiate refund at the earliest.

Very disappointed. Payment was successful but railway ticket was NOT booked. No PNR received, amount debited from bank. Request urgent resolution/refund.
