5. Get your sleep in check.
Slow progress is better than no progress
1. Doing half a workout is better than no workout.
2. Going on a 15 walk min is better than no walk.
3. Tracking some of your food is better than not tracking any.
4. Drinking 1L of water is better than nothing.
