@c2c_Rail You have known about the high temperatures for days and every it gets hot you decide to cancel trains late in the day after people have travelled in. Can you please review your approach and make these decisions to cancel trains the night before.

Surely this decision was not taken this morning and should have been communicated last night. You are running a third world train service and it your MD should resign
