@SpireJim Actually before importing those cars are refurbished. New tires, new parts. Maybe engine reworks. Then it is inspected.
When imported here, we overwork those cars. Long distances, heavy loads, poor maintenance, bad roads etc.
Then your right parts are stolen when here.
