6月12日、首相官邸にて、外国人政策本部長とし「外国人政策に関する第二次提言」を高市早苗総理に手交いたしました。

本提言は、本年1月の第一次提言を踏まえ、国民の安全・安心を確保し、現実に即した外国人政策を強力に推進するための具体策を整理したものです。

今回は、
① 不法滞在・不法就労対策の強化
② 無届け民泊や不適正ヤードへの対応強化
③ 日本初の日本語・生活学習プログラム（仮称）の創設
④ 安全保障上重要な地域における土地利用や規制の在り方の検討
などについて提言を行いました。

今回の提言では副題を
「あるべき秩序・ルールを確立し、
国土の適切な利用を図り、
誰もが安全・安心に暮らせる地域社会の実現に向けて」とし、
新たに強化すべき事項を示しました。

外国人政策本部長として、政府に対し提言の速やかな対応を求めると共に、骨太の方針や成長戦略に反映し、充分な予算措置と推進体制の抜本強化を申し入れました。
