Kaiapoi Queens are a premier Women’s softball team from Christchurch New Zealand.

After round robin play here at the WBSC U18 Group A Qualifier - in Brazil, I’m currently the leading pitcher in Strike outs with 15 through 17 innings

We now play Chinese Taipei at 3pm ET for a spot in the World Cup Finals in 2025! 🇳🇿🌿

Two HUGE games yesterday for myself and the U18 NZ team. 🇳🇿🌿

I was the starting pitcher for game 1 and closed out game 2 after starting at 3rd base. 4 innings on the day, 2 ER, 4hits and 4SO.

Nz Win both games and are in the 1-2 play offs @ 4pm today!

Proud of my team tonight! We got the bats moving and ticked off our first win of the @WBSC U-18 tournament 🏟️ 8-3 against The Czech Republic.

I pitched all 7 innings with 4 strikeouts and 0 earned runs.

Team New Zealand play at 6pm ET tomorrow against host nation Brazil.

Great day for the Team NZ today - our girl @rissmcdowell started it off with a first pitch single to centre.

A clutch hit to start off the inning and get the bats rolling!

The White Sox then scored 3 runs in that inning and won the game 4-3 🇳🇿🖤🤍

Make that 2 wins in the book and straight through to the Grand Final at 1:30pm today!

The Queens took an early lead scoring 5 in the 1st, topped off in the 3rd with a 3 run HR by @lindsayMthomas and sealed the deal in the bottom of the 3rd with a double play to end the game.
