#Digitalpayment is a fundamental pillar of the #digitalpublicinfrastructure.ย India has seen explosive growth in capacity and quality, ushering economic benefits and inviting global attention too.ย We need to continue the drive to make digital payments ubiquitous and safe.ย An ecosystem wide response comprising stronger #authentication, faster ecosystem wide gathering and transmission of intelligence to combat #paymentfraud, risk based innovative and personalised methods like amount and velocity limits, and last but not the least super expeditious response to #customergrievances e.g. on inordinate delays in tracing failed/ broken transactions shall help in enhancing the #trust on digital payments and make the default choice of everyone.ย Participants in the payment and #cybersecurity industry need to continue their efforts in this direction: @kpande2, @KPMGIndia speaking in a panel on 'Cybersecurity, #statepolicy and digital payments' at the @GffFintechfest.
