One of the biggest unnoticed scams by IndiGo is the inconsistent weighing scales at their check-in counters.

Yesterday, while boarding flight 6E724 from Goa to Chandigarh, my bag showed 18 kg on one belt, 16 kg on another, and 15 kg on a third.

When I questioned the discrepancy, the IndiGo staff simply replied, “Sir, the 15 kg machine must be wrong, 18 is the correct weight.”

Seriously? What’s the justification for this? I ended up paying ₹11,900 for extra baggage including ₹1,500 just for carrying an umbrella! (Receipt Nos: VYU6U-02, Z8GZTD-02)

To verify, I even weighed the same bag at my hotel and it was exactly 15 kg proving that their belts inflate the weight by 2-3 kg.

This is nothing less than daylight robbery, and passengers are being ripped off without realizing it. IndiGo must be held accountable for this fraud.

Many countries survive and do fairly well even after locking horns with the US. India too can survive and grow if it comes to that.

But for that, we need a population willing to bear some initial economic pain. Do we have that? I doubt. Remove the 15–20% responsible people, and the rest are mostly selfish and freeloaders.

Even during an economic crisis, you’ll see protests demanding more subsidies and higher MSP. Ladli behnas will threaten to bring down the govt if their monthly stipend is cut. Many sarkari naukars would probably faint if the next pay commission is cancelled. And along with all this, there would be compulsive protestors and their political masters milking the situation to create distrust and unrest in the country.

It didn’t happen during COVID because people genuinely feared for their lives, the shock was sudden and universal, and by law they were kept indoors.

बीमार बच्चे को दिखाने के लिए डॉक्टर के पास लाते हैं. डॉक्टर 5 की जगह 6.30 बजे आता है और मरीजों के देखने के बजाय पहले मेडिकल रिप्रेजेंटेटिव से मिलने लगता है.

झा परिवार थोड़ी जल्दबाजी करता है कि बच्चा बीमार है डॉक्टर से मिलने दो. क्लिनिक में काम करने वाली रेसेपनिस्ट रूखा जवाब देती है. इस बात पर तीखी बहस हो जाती है.

वीडियो में दिखाया गया झा परिवार का छोटा बेटा जो 25 साल का है, रेसेपनिस्ट को पटक पटक मारता है. रेसेपनिस्ट लड़की मराठी थी. इस मामले को मराठी बनाम हिन्दी भी करने की कोशिश हुई.

मुझे भी गुस्सा आया है, कैसे कोई पुरुष एक लड़की को इस तरह पीट सकता है. लेकिन यह घटना का एक पक्ष था. क्लिनिक के डॉक्टर ने सीसीटीवी फुटेज का केवल वो हिस्सा दिया जो रेसेपनिस्ट के पक्ष में था.

अधूरी कहानी चलाकर मराठी न्यूज़ चैनलों ने बिहार के झा परिवार को खलनायक बना दिया. पुलिस ने सीसीटीवी का पूरा हिस्सा निकाला. जिसमें रेसेपनिस्ट गाली गलौज करते हुए

झा परिवार की बहू को थप्पड़ मारती है. अपनी भाभी को मार खाता देख लड़का गुस्सा हो जाता है और उस रेसेपनिस्ट को पटक पटक कर मारता है. क्या आपके परिवार के माँ बहन भाभी को कोई मरेगा तो कैसा लगेगा.

पुलिस ने केवल झा परिवार के लड़के को गिरफ्तार किया. रेसेपनिस्ट पर अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही नही हुई है.
