Look! A real president! On TV! Speaking to ALL Americans - about our lives, our alliances, our concerns, our interests, our challenges, our legacy ... about caring, sacrifice, togetherness, and change.
He is imparting information and education. He is explaining, emoting and empathizing. No spin, no digression, no self-aggrandizement.
Oh, how I miss this.

Being accused of shoplifting is not a death sentence. Being the child of someone accused of shoplifting is not a death sentence. A one-year-old is dead because police decided to open fire into a vehicle knowing a Black child was inside.
She prepaid for her purchase, was picking it up had a receipt. Walmart employee accused her of stealing, cops showed up and killed her baby….
This is America.
Likewise, Walmart employees should be sued for accusing the mother of theft when the diapers for her precious baby were PAID FOR. This is devastating & sickening. 💔💔💔🥺😔
the diapers were paid for. walmart called the cops on a pack of diapers that were paid for. a mother lost her precious baby. kohen wiley lost his entire life over a pack of paid diapers. acab. defund the police. fund necessities for children. create an actual safety team that is trained in deescalation , can provide resources for necessities and for mental health. these cops need to be charged for murder when they murder.
When I was 6 years old, Israel dropped bombs disguised as toys on us in Lebanon.
New report reveals that Israel left behind bombs disguised as toys in Gaza.
Today, a cluster bomb shaped like a small football found in South Lebanon.
But keep talking about Israel not targeting children.
Wow! Raskin just sent Kash Patel this letter. It’s umm… interesting. Read it twice. 👀
The House Judiciary minority says Patel has handed out more than $1 million in “bonus” payments to agents on his Director’s Advisory Team and his security detail. The letter calls it a personal slush fund.
Here’s the mechanism. Federal pay is capped by statute. The letter alleges Patel routed money around that cap. Nearly $8,000 per agent, every two-week pay period. Some collected five in a row. Roughly $40,000 each.
Then the accounts ran dry. Raskin says some of the payments bounced.
Who got paid? The letter points to the unit NOTUS reported as the “Payback Squad.” And it ties the cash to silence, alleging agents were polygraphed over whether they helped cover up Patel’s drinking.
Now the other column. The agents he fired include an FBI Medal of Valor recipient, the official who led the Jan 6 law enforcement response, a Marine combat veteran cut weeks after his wife died of cancer, and a counterintelligence unit that tracked Iranian threats.
Reward the loyal. Purge the rest.
Raskin wants every bonus, every authorization, and every legal memo on whether this broke federal law. Deadline June 29.
🚨🗣️New: Luis Suárez reacts to Uruguay’s arrival in the United States for the World Cup, where the squad faced sniffer dogs and rigorous security checks:
“I’ve been in football a long time, and I’ve seen tournaments all over the world. But what we’re witnessing here with the USA hosting this World Cup is deeply concerning. Take the Uruguay team arriving — world-class players like Manuel Ugarte, standing there with arms folded, looking utterly bewildered as sniffer dogs go through their bags like they’re common criminals. That image says it all. These are ambassadors of the game, not suspects at the border.
This isn’t hospitality; it’s humiliation dressed up as security. You’ve got a Somali referee, one of Africa’s best, denied entry despite a valid visa — a man who dreamed of officiating at the pinnacle of his career, turned away at the airport. African and South American delegations facing extra screenings, visa chaos for fans and officials from qualified nations. This is the ‘land of the free’ rolling out the red carpet? It feels more like a fortress with razor wire.
The beautiful game deserves better than being turned into a political football or a paranoid checkpoint. FIFA chased the dollars — and there are billions to be made, no doubt — but they’ve sold the soul of the tournament to a host that treats global football stars and supporters like potential threats. Meanwhile, American taxpayers and host cities are left holding a bill running into hundreds of millions for security and logistics that FIFA largely pockets.
Football has always been about unity, passion, and bringing people together across borders. Right now, under this hosting, it’s being strangled by suspicion and overreach. The world is watching these scenes and cringing. If this continues, it risks leaving a bitter taste that lingers far longer than any on-pitch glory. We needed a celebration of the game — not a showcase of division. Something has to change.”
