Your AI scored 97% confidence.
Actual accuracy: 34%.
LLMs are trained to sound certain.
Not to be correct.
That gap is the hallucination risk
your team is ignoring.
TryGrounded AI measures both.

Contract Testing with Pact: A QA Guide for Microservices and API-First Teams. Integration tests are slow, brittle, and often lie. Contract testing with Pact solves the problem that no amount of end-to-end testing can: verifying that two services actually agree on their shared interface — before they ever talk to each other in production.

From Kuwait to KiwiQA - A Partnership Built on Precision.
A few months ago, we received a message from a customer in Kuwait.
They were building a mobile health ecosystem - an iOS and Android application connected to real hardware devices:
1) Apple Watch
2) Fitbit
3) WHOOP
4) Garmin
5) Oura Ring
6) Google Health Connect
The challenge wasn’t just app testing.
It was real-world ecosystem testing.
When you integrate wearables, you’re not just validating screens. You are validating:
A. Sensor data accuracy
B. Sync reliability across devices
C. Background processing behaviour
D. Battery impact
E. API communication
F. Real-time health metrics consistency
G. Cross-platform compatibility (iOS & Android)
And above all - user trust.
The client had options globally.
They chose KiwiQA Services .
Why?
Because we don’t test in simulators alone.
We test on real hardware devices, real environments, real scenarios.
Our team built a dedicated device lab, synchronised live data flows, validated health metrics mapping, and executed end-to-end integration testing across the wearable ecosystem.
And what made me personally proud?
The feedback wasn’t just about execution.
It was about leadership involvement, commitment, and partnership mindset.
When a Director of Operations from Kuwait says he is happy with the progress and sees the dedication of the team - it tells me we are building something bigger than projects.
We are building trust across borders.
Mobile health platforms are sensitive. They deal with people’s data, activity, sleep, heart rate, recovery -their lives.
Testing them requires responsibility.
At KiwiQA, we take that responsibility seriously.
Grateful to our team.
Grateful to our partners in Kuwait.
And excited for what we continue to build together.
If you are building a connected mobile ecosystem with hardware integrations - let’s talk.

Today, as many across the world observed Mahashivratri, I paused for a moment.
Not as a CEO.
Not as an entrepreneur.
Just as a learner.
There’s something powerful about Lord Shiva’s symbolism.
He sits in deep meditation - calm, composed.
Yet he holds the power to destroy what no longer serves the universe.
And that made me think…
In business, in leadership, and in life -
How often do we hold onto things we should let go of?
Old processes.
Outdated thinking.
Egos.
Fear of change.
Mahashivratri is not just a religious event.
It is a reminder.
1) Destroy what limits you.
2) Protect what matters.
3) Stay grounded, even when you hold power.
4) Build strength without losing humility.
At @KQSPL , we often talk about growth - but growth requires courage to transform.
And transformation requires letting go.
On this Mahashivratri, I wish everyone strength to remove negativity, clarity to make bold decisions, and calmness to lead with balance.
Har Har Mahadev 🙏

It’s Saturday morning.
Fruits-salad bowl in hand.
Notifications silent.
No stand-ups. No sprint pressure.
Just a simple thought lingering in my mind:
AI is moving faster than our comfort zone.
Every week, a new model.
Every month, a new automation breakthrough.
Every quarter, a role quietly evolving.
And I keep asking myself:
Are we testing AI or is AI testing us?
Not technically.
Mentally.
AI is testing:
1) Our adaptability
2) Our curiosity
3) Our ego
4) Our willingness to relearn
5) Our ability to stay relevant
For years, testers validated software built by developers.
Now?
We validate systems that:
A) Learn.
B) Decide.
C) Generate.
D) Act autonomously.
That’s not regression testing.
That’s responsibility.
This weekend, instead of worrying about - AI replacing testers, maybe ask a different question:
What kind of tester do I want to become in the AI era?
The script executor?
The automation maintainer?
Or the AI assurance leader?
The future will not belong to the loudest critic of AI.
It will belong to the most curious learner.
So here’s your quiet weekend challenge:
1) Open one AI tool you haven’t tried.
2) Ask it to generate something in your domain.
3) Break it. Challenge it. Improve it.
4) Learn from it.
That’s how relevance is built.
Not through fear.
Through experimentation.
By 2026 and beyond, quality engineering won’t just test features. It will test intelligence.
And that excites me.
What’s one AI experiment you’re trying this weekend?
@KQSPL@testingtechnews
Once a month, we pause.
Not to slow down our ambition -but to strengthen it.
At KiwiQA Services , our calendars are usually full of stand-ups, releases, testing cycles, deadlines, and decisions. Fast days. Focused minds. High expectations.
And then comes our monthly yoga session.
For one hour, laptops close. Notifications go silent.
Breathing becomes the only metric that matters.
Some of us come in tired.
Some come in stressed.
Some come in just wanting a stretch after long screen hours.
But everyone leaves lighter.
What I love most is that this isn’t about flexibility or perfect poses.
It’s about showing up for yourself -and reminding yourself that your well-being matters just as much as your output.
Over time, I’ve noticed small but powerful shifts:
1)Calmer reactions in tough meetings
2)Better focus during long problem-solving sessions
3) A stronger sense of balance -at work and beyond
These sessions quietly reinforce something we deeply believe at KiwiQA:
High-performing teams are built on healthy minds and healthy bodies.
Grateful to every KiwiQAite who takes this time for themselves, and to the team that keeps wellness a consistent part of our culture -not just a one-off initiative.
We’ll keep testing software.
We’ll keep pushing boundaries.
But we’ll also keep breathing.
Because sustainable growth starts from within.

A new chapter at @KQSPL begins today.
When I think about KiwiQA’s journey, I don’t just see milestones, clients, or frameworks.
I see people.
And among them, I see countless women -
leading projects quietly, mentoring teammates generously, holding quality high under pressure, and stepping up long before anyone asked them to.
That’s where KWIT – KiwiQA Women in Testing was born.
KWIT is a 12-month internal leadership & mentorship program, driven by our Women’s Leadership Wing, with one clear purpose:
To create more leaders within KiwiQA.
Not just leaders by title - but leaders by mindset, ownership, confidence, and impact.
Over the next year, KWIT will focus on:
1) Mentorship & skill growth
2) Leadership exposure
3) Community & support
4) Career acceleration
This isn’t about fast-tracking anyone.
It’s about intentionally creating space to learn, to lead, to make mistakes, to grow, and to support one another.
At KiwiQA Services , I strongly believe:
When women are empowered to lead, organisations become stronger, more resilient, and more human.
KWIT is our commitment to that belief.
To every woman stepping into this journey this is your moment to lead boldly.
And to the wider KiwiQA team - thank you for supporting a culture where leadership is inclusive, intentional, and built from within.
Growth + Confidence + Creating the next generation of leaders together at KiwiQA

AI is changing how digital products behave - testing must evolve too.
Modern digital platforms are no longer static. They learn, adapt, integrate, and make decisions in real time. Testing these systems with traditional approaches alone creates blind spots.
That’s where @KQSPL comes in.
At KiwiQA, digital testing goes beyond checking functionality. We focus on confidence - validating AI-powered workflows, automation logic, performance under scale, security risks, and real user behaviour across platforms.
Whether it’s AI-enabled products, complex enterprise systems, or high-traffic digital platforms, our approach ensures quality keeps pace with innovation.
Because in the age of AI, quality isn’t just tested - it’s engineered.
