This new discourse about how liberals finally need to build their own media -- the way the Right did with podcasts, etc. -- is pathetic.

Almost all corporate media is liberal. How many pro-Trump columnists are at NYT, WPost, or on CNN, NBC, etc? Almost all are pro-Dem.

That's why Fox, then independent media, arose. Corporate media became a dissent-free zone of elite liberal orthodoxy, molding in a closed information system where they speak only to and for each other, feeding off conspiracy theories (Russiagate) and lies (COVID, Ukraine, the laptop, Trump vowed to execute Liz Cheney) with nobody allowed on who pushes back.
