A parent who needed money can add donation on their social page, we can raise money to help people in need but why are we so hard on ourselves. A positive mind, book, motivation videos are the sources to keep our mental health healthy but many times we chose to embrace negative.
For me, it's because I've spent far too long hating, grieving, and living in fear of what life might throw at me next. I don't want to keep living that way. I want to stop letting my past define me and start embracing whatever life has in store for me, one day at a time.
I use to hate my life, hate my childhood, hate why my mum drink so much of alcohol till she becomes sick and eventually pass on, i hated my life so much that when drugs came into my life was like taking paracetamol during a severe headache. I was hook to it for 6 years
But now, as I do my very best to stay clean, I've come to realise that life is full of lessons waiting to be learned. Sometimes, I wonder why we find it so difficult to pull ourselves out of that dark pit.
Life isn't just about living but the process and experience in life. I had those questions when I am in depressive episode which means I had too much time being unable to move around. Life is an experience even if sick so don't give up living.
Just a question that crosses my mind alot during my depressive episode.
What is the purpose of living when ultimately we die. Instead of dying from those painful illness why not just end it before that.
Buttt.......
Today marks the third week of being clean
Three weeks clean and still going strong. β€οΈ
I love the person in the mirror.
The confidence. The weight gain. The smile.
And those eyes, once again filled with hope.
I'm not just getting my life back. I'm becoming someone I'm proud of.
I also know from previous attempt that crave might be unbearable at certain point but I am ready to jump into precautionary action if such episode were to happen.
What makes this time different is
1. I embrace the crave feeling instead of forcefully stop the feeling and told myself to never react. (Take control of the mind)
2. Stay in a structured lifestyle. I am now going gym, reading book, meditating and even writing stories.
Decided to stop drugs once an for all. Have been clean 3weeks now. With many try to stay clean, this time feels like the last.
I am sick and tried of being on meth. I shot my last and broke that needle myself. This time I feel the empowerment to let go.
He cum in me and I cum hands-free as he was hitting my spot. we did the ass butt to butt position for awhile until his fat dick softened enough for detachment. Both of us looked satisfied and relief what a exotic start to a great day.
It was Beemo with his big dog dick sticking in my juicy ass. It was the first time we had such intimacy. After that painful phase, a sense of love and moan fills the rooms. Boy he was good!! In the past, the most we did was just touching, jerking and him licking off my cum.
Just rmb, leave your workplace if you ever notice any unfairness or bullies cause you might be able to take it now, it will not for long. I have done it for 3-4years now.t
The recovery road to soberity is hard and finally I had been good mentally and physically. The new thing that changed me was going to the gym. Gym Is a great way to change a person physically and mentally.
As I grew older, I realised that life is so boring and meaningless. Think deep about it, you work to enjoy life but work itself is already killing the time to enjoy life. Dunno if it's anti-depressant withdrawal or slipping back into depression.
