@ClipseButPriv Like I said I work in construction and well damn im using my legs (up and down 10h per day)
I know it is a weak ass excuse but i already have big legs😅😭
I have 4 main training and i go about 4-5 day/week
Day1: Biceps / Shoulders / Pecks
Day2: Triceps / Lats
Day3: Pecks / Back / Trapeze
Day4: Triceps / Lats
Or sum like that, my cuz got the training 😅
And i work 10h / day in construction so i have my cardio / leg (ish) workout

I started training for 1 months and got to 205
