@SoftballWatkins opens the central district tournament play with a nice W. All of the players got in the game. The bats stayed hot including 2 HR from Ava B, and one each from Sierra and Marlee. Pitchers all did their job. Play Coffman for a 6th straight district title.

Another great W against another top end opponent for @SoftballWatkins Gracie G & Ava B with 3 hits and Bryna with 2 including a 2R 💣Defense was good again and Mo kept the Lions offense down just enough to let us get the W. She made some clutch pitches against top end hitters.

Exciting, come from behind W tonight for @SoftballWatkins over a solid Pacers squad. XBH’s from Bryna, Ava and Sierra plus a 💣from Gracie G. Sierra with a run saving catch in RF in the 7th. Cori gave up 0 runs after the 3rd. 1 more regular season game tomorrow.

@SoftballWatkins with a full slate of games to wrap up the last week of season before the tournament begins Monday. Bats were hot for some of the game. Emma had single/double/3R 💣. Alli, Bryna, Gracie G all reached base 4X. Pitchers didn’t give up any runs after the 2nd.

@SoftballWatkins played well after the 1st inning. Sierra had a big game with 2x1B & a grand slam. Alli had 2 hits including her 100th career hit. Proud of her for that accomplishment.

@SoftballWatkins with a gritty win against another solid LCL pitcher. Bryna led off the game with a 💣and Ava scored a huge run by creating chaos on the bases l. Lily P and Cori pitched out of some jams to secure the shutout.

Ended the week w/ a W. @SoftballWatkins had multiple players with 2+ hits including Alli with 4, Addison/Ava L/Marlee all with 2 plus Ava B with 2 including a HR to LF in the 5th. Mo started and Lily and Cori closed the door in innings 3-6. Now we get ready for the Jackets.

@SoftballWatkins was able to get in its game from Wed. The bats were 🔥in the 2nd inning. Gracie & Sierra with 💣 in the inning to help score 7 runs. Bryna had started off the bottom of 1 w/ a solo 💣Defense had no Es / Cori threw 3 S/O innings and Mo pitched 2 w/ 3 Ks to finish.

We battled through the early innings and overcame a 3 run deficit to best the Aces. Big 2R 💣 by Hannah in the 4th to pull us to 4-3. Then she hit a 3R shot in the 5th to cap off a 7R 5th inning. Alli w/ 2x2B, Emma w/ a 2B and Bryna reached 3X. Mo picked up the W in relief.

A huge LCL win for @SoftballWatkins tonight. Some huge catches by Bryna in CF, Marlee in LF & Coffman at 3B to help the defense make just enough plays to survive. Bryna, Emma and Ava all had 💣 and Bryna reached base 3 more X to help lead the offense.

@SoftballWatkins with a bounce back W. Defense and pitching were solid. Cori picked up her 1st V shutout. Allie had 3 hits and Coffman had 3 hits including her 1st HR, an ITP shot and she showed off her wheels. Back at it tomorrow against the Johnnies.

@SoftballWatkins hosted the Warrior Classic. Fantastic softball teams at this event. The Warriors go 1-1. On the day, Allie 3/6 2RBI; Ava 3/7 6RBI; Jellison 4/6 3 RBI; Bryna 3/7 2RBI; Gracie 3/4 3RBI including a 💣 Couldn’t get 2 out hits in gm1 but gm2 the bats were on fire.

We couldn’t quite keep the offensive momentum rolling tonight. Great start to the @SoftballWatkins game tonight but baserunning, defense and offense just could not stay up with the Yellowjackets. Gracie G had a good game at the plate 2/3 with a 2B & 3R HR.

@SoftballWatkins picked up another home W. All 12 kids had productive ABs and Cori/Kaitlyn did their job in the ⭕️ Bryna 2/2B 1/1B; Sierra 2B 1B; Weber 2/1B; Paisley 2/1B. Ava & Emma did some major damage. Emma 4/4 1B 2B 2xHR 6RBI. Ava 4/4 2/1B 2B GS 5RBI 🔥

@SoftballWatkins Warriors start off LCL play w/ a W. Strong showing by the offense in the 1st 3 innings. Bryna D had a single + 2/BB, Ava B had a double + 3/BB while Gracie G did serious damage at the dish going 4/5 including 2/2B & a 3R 💣. Couple days off & then back at it.
