BREAKING: The Closing Loopholes bill has passed the House, which means world-first rights for gig workers, minimum standards for truck drivers, a right to disconnect for millions of employees, and the permanent casual loophole has been closed.
The Liberals and Nationals voted against the whole thing, because Peter Dutton is for lower wages and higher taxes.
@OfficialKamahl When I was a kid I felt sorry for you about the racist way you were treated and liked your message of kindness. I suppose it’s true you can’t be what you don’t see. Sad that your kindness didn’t extend to First Nations People
So Paul Keating, Julia Gillard, Peter Garrett, Jimmy Barnes, John Farnham and 83% of IndigenousAustralians are #VoteYes and Peter Dutton Pauline Hanson, Tony Abbott and the Murdoch press are voting no. Which side of history are you on? #VoteYes2023
Just under four weeks until we vote for respect, recognition and voice.
As an educator I reject any suggestion of not knowing meaning you vote no! Be curious! Find out! Don’t let fear win.

History is calling. Let’s answer #Yes23
@born_a_pom @PaulineHansonOz Agreed Steve. Also I don’t think it’s a secret….pretty sure the Uluṟu Statement from the Heart talks Voice. Treaty. Truth (in that order). But hey…who needs research right?
@SenatorCash If I don’t know, I’d rather inquire and find out. I don’t think parliamentarians should tell people to remain uninformed. Does the same apply if you don’t know what someone would be like as PM? Asking for a friend…
When Australians vote in the Voice referendum, it won’t be just the world that is watching. Future generations of Australians will look back and judge whether we were big enough to come to terms with both our past and our future. Let’s vote “Yes” for a truly great Australia.
Hi loves
PLEASE RT
This is a brilliant, non-threatening, non judgmental video aimed at “good-spirited, fair-minded people” who are confused by the conflicting messages re The Voice
It’s by my dear friend Shelley Reys, a Djiriibul woman and one of the architects of Reconciliation
It’s clear, fair, reasonable and, yes, detailed
Let’s try and clear up the misconceptions and confusion

@thomasmayo23 Thank you for joining us. We love hearing from you. We know the true path to reconciliation is to listen to the voices of our First Nations people and do all we can to ensure yours are as privileged (actually more privileged) than ours. Awe struck by your grace and strength.
