@ICT_MrP Here’s the thing … ring-fenced funds books and a p/time LIBRARIAN to focus on RFP and knows every child and supports teachers. Great book selection, well organised library, engage with feeder schools and parents (1 after school session a week). That was my job. Best job ever.

@educationgovuk Ask the schools who have to organise on the ground. Sounds easy. Probably a logistical nightmare staff-wise and many schools with no specific place to do it, except maybe a school hall that is in use all day 🤷🏼‍♀️
