@ruchirkanakia Thanks for your response. When I asked for hard copy, the agent said it's only soft copy now. Regarding term insurance, 17yrs back they gave me hard copy when I took SBI sheild term policy. For term insurance they did proper health checkup but for health insurance nothing as such
