@mopaksus Fair clean up is one that drives me crazy. As kids we all were lined up and given jobs. Now it’s the parents and some of the kids. Oldest got mad at me because other kids were screwing around and I made him work. He weeded flower beds, swept out buildings, and put up panels

@rhofford Because I only have 115k in a sale lineup of my machinery, and don’t know where I’d put 750k in technology or justify that much machinery. A 20k combine with autosteer and mapping has cut 1k ac a year

Also 750 dollars an acre in machinery/technology seems a bit excessive for me

@pdqbach55 @cb_catt Mine was taken this morning after .7 of rain. That was the last corn i planted. It still has a chance to be good, corn right across the road is pretty well toast on the pivot corners.

Still have 150 bushel potential on most, if we can survive the heat. NCKS

Do you be meek and mild and voluntarily run dryland crops or do you compete for the resources available?

What is correct? Dollars now or dryland later?
